About Us
Peeling trim, faded siding, and scuffed walls hurt curb appeal and can let water do damage. Otago Painters solves that with careful prep and durable finishes as your interior house painter, exterior house painter, and roof painter in Otago.
Your project gets a crew with real skill, steady hands, and years on local homes, and we keep a tidy jobsite you can live around. We stand out because we do the prep the right way since shortcuts like skipping primer, painting damp wood, or spraying without backrolling cause early failure.
You get a straight scope, clear pricing, and a start date that we stick to, and we don’t bounce between jobs midstream. We protect floors and plants, keep daily walk-throughs short and useful, and stand behind our work with a written warranty so you aren’t left guessing.
Inside, we patch, sand, and prime stains, we scuff glossy trim so enamel sticks, and we choose the right sheen for traffic areas so walls clean up without flashing, which keeps rooms looking fresh longer. Outside, we pressure wash, treat mildew, scrape and spot prime bare areas, caulk joints with flexible sealant, spray and back roll for even coverage, and we only paint when surfaces are dry and temperatures stay above about fifty degrees, and for roofs we deep clean, treat rust, use bonding primers, and apply reflective or high build topcoats to help seal, cool, and extend roof life, because skipping any of these steps is the fastest path to peeling, leaks, and wasted money.
