About Us
Peeling trim, chalky siding, and tired rooms make a home look older and can let water in. We handle interior house painter work, exterior house painter projects, and roof painter coatings with full prep and the right products for Otago, and we tell you if the timing makes sense since most exteriors here need repainting every six to ten years and interiors every four to seven.
Our crew has years of hands-on work in Otago and we follow a strict prep plan that includes washing, scraping, sanding, priming bare spots, tight caulking, and lead safe methods when needed before any finish coat. We avoid the mistakes that cause failure such as painting over chalky surfaces, skipping primer on patched areas, working in the wrong temperature or humidity, or laying one heavy coat that flashes and peels, which leads to blistering, leaks, and mould.
You get clear pricing in writing, steady communication, and a respectful team that shows up when promised. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation, we follow paint manufacturer specifications for weather and recoat windows, and we finish on schedule with no surprise add ons.
Our interior house painter service covers walls, ceilings, trim, and cabinets with careful patching, sanding, priming, and two finish coats that level out well and cure right for a smooth look that lasts. Our exterior house painter and roof painter services include washing, scraping, caulking, spot priming bare wood, timing work for correct temperature and humidity, and coatings built to block ultraviolet rays, seal hairline cracks, shed water, and boost curb appeal while helping your home stand up to sun and rain, and for roof surfaces we coat metal and concrete tile roofs, not asphalt shingles.
Tell us about your project and book your House Painter Otago visit so we can walk the space and give a clear written quote. Call or send a message to get on the schedule.
